Cleanliness, staff, value. modern electrical and charging outlets. Good choice for attending events at Iowa State. Costco nearby. Take Dayton Road to exit Ames and access US 30 and I-35 as you leave Ames in heavy traffic.

my hotel room was so clean! I was very impressed, I'm the kind of person that wipes everything down thoroughly when I first get to a hotel. all my wipes were coming back clean! They do a great job cleaning!

I paid for a king suite and there was no television in the room so I got moved to a smaller room didn't get comped for the roo. Difference and then the refrigerator didn't work .
